Since joining Mosaic in August 2003, Aidan has been responsible for more than tripling the experiential marketing business and establishing Mosaic XM as a market leader. His exceptional leadership skills and intuitive strategic sensibilities not only drive Mosaic's ongoing success, but also the success of each and every client.

Before joining Mosaic, Aidan was Interbrew's vice-president of interactive media for North America and President of Beer.com, a marketing/media company built by global brewing giant Interbrew. Aidan started his career as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble working on many leading brands.

Chad brings a holistic marketing approach to Mosaic XM, overseeing all Consumer Packaged Goods clients, including Loblaws, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury Adams, General Mills, Clorox, and Mattel.

Through Chad’s guidance, clients are able to combat the growing erosion of traditional forms of mass media through the use of experiential and shopper marketing strategies, thereby reaching consumers and growing sales.

Jeff is an early pioneer of experiential marketing in both Canada and the U.S. During his 14+ years at Mosaic, he has provided on-premise channel expertise to a wide range of clients, especially those from the beverage category, including Labatt, Coca-cola, Pepsi, Corby’s and Bacardi.

Today, Jeff provides strategic and operational guidance to the XM team while also supporting clients such as Labatt, Coke and Sony.

Since joining Mosaic in 1999, Heather has driven the success of her clients by delivering consistent, measurable results through direct selling and experiential marketing programs. Her focus is primarily in the communications and financial service categories, supporting clients such as Rogers Communications, Sony Ericsson, Trader Corporation, Sunoco and Capital One.

As a vice-president at Mosaic XM, Heather also plays a key role in determining the future direction of the company and in ensuring its continued place at the forefront of the industry.

A highly regarded talent within the industry with over 15 years of design and Interactive experience, Sean has not only helped build some of Toronto’s top Interactive Agencies, but has garnered numerous awards for his work. His strategic thinking and ability to understand both the business needs of his clients, as well as those of the consumer, has always been his strongest asset.

Sean’s trademark enthusiasm and creativity is evident in every project he takes on, including a wide variety of online promotions, integrated campaigns, social media initiatives and consumer experiences. Having lead his own boutique Web agency – Patrick Paradisi Inc.– Sean has experience in virtually every aspect of the Interactive business, including Social Media.

Sean is a noted industry mentor teaching post-graduate Web Design and Marketing for the Web at Sheridan College since 1998.
